In between the Kings Deer Subdivision and the Woodmoor Subdivision, in the northern section of El Paso County, is the Bent Tree Subdivision - a beautiful Colorado Springs neighborhood. What is Holland Park Colorado Springs?

Holland Park is a great Westside location in the Colorado Springs real estate area. This charming, well-established west real estate area was established in 1959. Townhomes and condominiums were added to the subdivision in the early 1980s. Some new townhomes, in a private, gated community were added to the neighborhood in 2007. These townhomes offer 2 car attached garages and bathrooms for each bedroom. This part of the Rockrimmon real estate area is close to shopping and many outdoor activities. Some of the homes back to open space and have views of Pikes Peak. A city park, Jackson Park, is located in the neighborhood. The Sinton Trail, part of the City of Colorado Springs broad trail system, travels through the subdivision. The trail is 2.9 miles long and the surface is concrete and millings. The trail is a great place for walking/running.

What about Holland Park Real Estate?

The Holland Park Subdivision offers an assortment of homes for sale in a great Colorado Springs Neighborhood. Most of the houses are bi-level, tri-level, ranchers, and 4 level homes. The schools of attendance for the Holland Park Subdivision are: Jackson Elementary School, West Middle School, and Coronado High School. Jackson Elementary School is located in the subdivision.

What about areas around Holland Park Colorado Springs?

The exquisite community of the Kissing Camels real estate is located to the west of the Holland Park real estate area. The homes for sale are custom homes and with many of the homes located in a gated community. The Garden of the Gods Club and Kissing Camels Golf Course are located in this subdivision. Holland Park is located close to the USAF Academy and Fort Carson. There are several homes near the Air Force Academy. It is an approximate 12 minute drive to the south entrance, or 6.87 miles. It is approximately 25 minutes to Peterson Air Force Base, or 15.20 miles. Also an area of Fort Carson real estate, the commute to the Mountain Post is approximately 15 minutes, or 11.4 miles. The quick access to I-25 makes Holland Park an excellent location for a Colorado Springs military relocation.

What is Falcon?

Falcon is a rural community located in the Eastern Plains area of Colorado Springs.
